Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective; * Facilitate Kanban practices, ensuring efficient workflow and visibility of work; * Train and guide the team in adopting and continuously improving agile practices; * Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, story clarity, and priority definition; * Proactively identify obstacles hindering team progress; * Work to remove internal and external impediments, ensuring smooth delivery; * Support the team in achieving Sprint goals and strategic objectives; * Assist the PO in planning, organizing, and prioritizing the backlog; * Facilitate the team’s understanding of requirements, context, and acceptance criteria; * Ensure ongoing alignment between deliveries and business expectations; * Empower the team in agile practices, promoting autonomy and maturity; * Encourage continuous learning, collaboration, and constant improvement; * Develop high-performing teams by fostering motivation, accountability, and alignment; * Act as a coach to strengthen agile culture and best practices within the team; * Use Jira (or similar tools) to track progress and workflow; * Monitor and analyze agile metrics such as velocity, throughput, lead time, and cycle time; * Use data and metrics to identify improvements and inform decisions; * Optimize workflow by reducing bottlenecks and increasing efficiency; * Encourage team reflection on processes and promote actions for continuous improvement; * Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, POs, and teams to manage dependencies and shared deliveries; * Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and involved departments; * Ensure alignment between teams and business objectives; * Act as a catalyst for integration and synergy across multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Scrum Master in agile technology or product teams; * Experience working with multidisciplinary squads; * Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and processes; * Experience managing impediments and improving workflow; * Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience in discovery squads; * Experience in data, analytics, or AI teams; * Experience in agile or digital transformation; * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent); * Experience using tools such as Jira to track team progress; * Emphasis on using agile metrics to monitor team efficiency, such as velocity, throughput, lead time, and cycle time; * Use of metrics as a tool to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, monitoring team performance, and supporting decision-making. **Additional Information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
