That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and duties** A professional from the **CONTRACTOR** who serves as a servant leader, responsible for helping the Team organize itself to deliver better results, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to agile values and ceremony execution. * Completed higher education (undergraduate degree and/or lato sensu postgraduate degree and/or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology. * Professional experience in the IT technical field and prior experience acting as a Scrum Master. * Possession of at least one certification from the Required Certifications List below (only one is required): a) Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); b) Scrum.org: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO); c) EXIN: Agile Scrum Foundation, Agile Scrum Master, or Agile Scrum Product Owner; d) PMI: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI\-ACP). **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** Completed higher education (technology degree, undergraduate degree, lato sensu postgraduate degree, and/or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology; Professional experience in the IT technical field and prior experience acting as a Scrum Master; ***Availability for on\-site work in Goiânia.*** **Possess at least one of the following certifications:** * Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); * Scrum.org: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO); * EXIN: Agile Scrum Foundation, Agile Scrum Master, or Agile Scrum Product Owner; * PMI: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI\-ACP). **Additional information** In continuous development, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and supportive environment. **We invest in talent development** and in implementing practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
