Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master with proven experience to act as a facilitator, ensuring agile practices and promoting team collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strong results-oriented focus and problem-solving skills Description: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position. * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or higher). * Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills. * Experience with agile management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar). * Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong results-oriented focus and ability to work under pressure. Preferences * Experience in agile transformation environments. * Additional certifications (SAFe Agilist, PMI\-ACP, etc.). * In-depth knowledge of team efficiency metrics Preferences: * Jira administrator knowledge will be a significant advantage (ability to customize and implement automations) * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives). * Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and values. * Identify and remove impediments that may affect team progress. * Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within teams and among stakeholders. * Monitor team health and project progress using agile metrics and tools (burndown, velocity, etc.). * Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and in defining clear, achievable goals. * Train and guide the team on agile principles and conflict resolution. * Promote a high-performance and highly engaged environment. * Generate executive presentations on team performance. 2512040202181612766
