You will be responsible for transforming requirements and opportunities into impactful product solutions—from problem definition through delivery and results monitoring. More than backlog management, we seek someone capable of supporting decisions on what is or is not worth building. Here, you won’t just execute—you’ll help build the path! **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct continuous discovery to identify problems, opportunities, and validate product hypotheses; * Translate business and user needs into clear, prioritized solutions; * Manage and prioritize the backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment; * Collaborate closely with technology, UX, data, and stakeholders; * Ensure clarity, context, and direction for the development team; * Monitor deliveries and ensure quality, taking ownership of what goes into production; * Define and track product success metrics (engagement, retention, conversion, etc.); * Make data-driven decisions while exercising autonomy in incomplete scenarios; * Facilitate planning and review ceremonies with objectivity and a focus on outcomes. **Technical Competencies:** * Experience with digital products; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Practical experience in backlog management and prioritization; * Analytical ability to make data-informed decisions; * Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Critical thinking and problem orientation; * Ability to make decisions with incomplete information; * Clear communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams; * Organization focused on impact and results—not bureaucracy; * Genuine ownership of the product; * Curiosity and healthy discomfort with the status quo; * Self-management.
