Define and communicate the strategic vision and product roadmap for the AI platform, aligning it with the company's business objectives. Lead the creation of proofs of concept (PoCs) and test hypotheses in highly uncertain environments, transforming innovative ideas into tangible features. Build, prioritize, and refine backlogs. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring delivery prioritization and alignment. Ensure the backlog remains visible and transparent to all stakeholders. Track metrics used to monitor project progress. Monitor and approve changes alongside the development team, ensuring shared understanding of deliverables. Engage continuously with stakeholders regarding product features and evolution. Conduct market benchmarking and identify competitive differentiators for the platform. Act as a product evangelist, cultivating awareness and adoption of emerging AI technologies among teams and stakeholders. Manage product sustainment—prioritizing bugs, improvements, and user education initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proven, solid experience leading **Artificial Intelligence** projects; Ability to prioritize requirements and manage backlogs; Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and active participation in their ceremonies. Excellent communication and influence skills, with ability to interact effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders. Strong analytical capability for product metric analysis, ROI calculation, and evaluation of AI platform costs. User-centric orientation and passion for cultivating teams and customers around emerging technologies. **Nice-to-Have (Desirable Technical Knowledge—Will Be a Plus):** * Prior experience in technical squads; * English proficiency. * Knowledge of generative AI architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs). **Differentiators** * Prior experience in software development companies or platforms for developers. * Certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies. * Portfolio of launched AI products with proven impact.
