Job Summary: A professional to map, optimize, and document business processes, supporting requirements definition and ensuring strategic alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to automation and operational efficiency . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map and document end-to-end business processes * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization * Structure and standardize requests, ensuring clarity and organization * Support functional requirements definition in collaboration with business areas * Collaborate closely with Product Owners (PO) and technical teams * Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and deliverables * Contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives * Support the development of standardized process documentation * Propose innovative solutions, including automation and AI (where applicable) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Analytical and systemic view of processes * Ability to communicate effectively across different departments * Experience in process mapping and improvement * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments * Experience with BPM.
