Job Objective Responsible for translating strategic growth and digital transformation objectives into clear product roadmaps and software projects, ensuring high-impact business deliveries with a focus on operational efficiency, value generation, and ROI of technological initiatives. Main Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and maintain product roadmaps and digital initiatives aligned with growth strategies, customer acquisition, and digital channel evolution. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, organizing technology, user experience, digital marketing, and system integration requests. Lead digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives, supporting the organization’s product and process evolution. Monitor and define product and performance KPIs, evaluating delivery impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes. Ensure alignment among technology, product, marketing, and business units, facilitating communication and strategic decision-making. Requirements Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role in technology or digital product projects. Experience in backlog management, roadmap definition, and software project execution. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution. Knowledge of system integrations, digital platforms, and technological transformation initiatives. WORK MODEL: Hybrid (2 to 3 days per week in the office)
