We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager of HSE \& Quality to lead improvements in health, safety, environmental, and quality policies across all operations within the region. This role ensures compliance with global standards and local regulations while fostering a strong safety and quality culture.
**Quality \& HSE Manager**
Regional Quality \& HSE Manager \- Latin America
**Key Responsibilities*** Improvement HSE and Quality policies aligned with global standards and local regulations.
* Develop regional HSE and Quality strategies, adapting them to regulatory requirements and operational contexts.
* Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality laws, lead internal and external audits and inspections.
* Monitor and report HSE and Quality performance metrics.
* Define processes to reduce waste, emissions, and resource consumption while improving product and process quality.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with global leadership to ensure alignment and escalate critical issues.
**Requirements*** Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in HSE leadership, including risk management, prevention programs, and emergency response.
* Experience managing safety audits, inspections, and mitigation plans.
* Familiarity with risk analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience in Quality Management
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
