Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders **Position: Salesforce Developer** **The Role** We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. This role is hands\-on and requires strong technical skills combined with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders. You will work on custom development, automation, integrations, and platform enhancements, ensuring high\-quality, maintainable, and performance\-oriented solutions. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using **Apex**, **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, and **Flows** * Build and maintain **custom objects, triggers, classes, and reusable components** * Develop and optimize **record\-triggered flows, screen flows, and orchestration logic** * Implement **integrations** using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Future) * Collaborate with Admins, Product Owners, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Ensure best practices for **security, performance, scalability, and governor limits** * Write and maintain **unit tests**, ensuring adequate test coverage and deployment readiness * Support deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution * Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team **Technical Requirements** * Strong experience with **Apex** **development** (classes, triggers, test classes) * **At** **least** **4** **years****of****experience****.** * Solid knowledge of **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, including JS, HTML, and CSS * Hands\-on experience with **Salesforce Flows** (record\-triggered, screen flows, subflows) * Experience with **Salesforce data model**, security model, and sharing rules * Experience building **integrations** with external systems (REST APIs, web services) * Familiarity with **asynchronous processing** (Queueable, Batch, Scheduled Apex) * Experience working with **Git and CI/CD tools** (Copado, SFDX, or similar) * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I preferred; others are a plus) **Soft Skills \& General Expectations** * Strong **problem\-solving and analytical thinking** * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non\-technical stakeholders * Ownership mindset: takes responsibility from design to delivery * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment * Good time management and prioritization skills * Continuous learning mindset and interest in Salesforce platform evolution * Comfortable working in an international environment
