Job Summary: The Quality Assistant will support quality control and assurance in the manufacturing process of flexographic labels and tags, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements. Assist in root cause analysis of quality issues and corrective actions **Position: Quality Assistant** **Location:** Aparecida de Goiânia/GO **Industry Segment:** Graphic Industry – Flexographic Labels and Tags **We are seeking a Quality Assistant** to perform quality control and assurance across our production processes, ensuring that labels and tags meet technical specifications and customer requirements. **Job Mission** Support quality control and assurance in the manufacturing process of flexographic labels and tags, ensuring products comply with technical specifications, internal standards, and customer requirements—contributing to reduced rework, waste, and non-conformities. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **quality inspections** during production and on finished products (printing, finishing, and shipping). * Verify **colors, registration, text, cutting, adhesive application, lamination, and finishing**, per technical data sheet and production order. * Support **machine release and first sample approval** (setup) together with production. * Record and manage **non-conformities**, rework, and production losses. * Complete and organize **quality records**, reports, checklists, and inspection forms. * Assist in **root cause analysis** of quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor quality indicators (scrap rate, rework, customer complaints). * Support internal and external audits, as applicable. * Guide operators on **quality standards** and good manufacturing practices. * Ensure adherence to procedures, internal regulations, and workplace organization. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (technical training or studies in Quality, Production, or Graphic Arts preferred). * Experience: 6 months **Desired Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret **production orders and technical data sheets**. * Experience in **quality control**, inspection, and non-conformity management. * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency (especially Excel). * Ensure process compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. * Knowledge of technical documentation development **Competencies and Skills** * Attention to detail * Organization and discipline * Critical thinking and accountability * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Commitment to quality and deadlines * Proactivity in identifying issues **We Offer:** · Salary: R$2.500,00 · Attendance bonus: 5% · Benefits: transportation allowance, meals at the company, SESC membership. · Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
