Job Description:
A professional responsible for planning, executing, and supervising civil construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. Engages in the development and legalization of architectural, structural, and complementary projects; conducts topographic and planialtimetric surveys; and controls materials and supplies used on-site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, interpret, and monitor building projects up to 80 m², including renovations and expansions, in compliance with current regulations\[1]\[3]\[6]
* Conduct topographic and planialtimetric surveys for project analysis and planning\[2]\[4]
* Plan and organize construction phases, preparing schedules, budgets, and material and labor lists\[1]\[4]\[5]
* Supervise on-site construction work execution, ensuring quality and safety\[2]\[5]
* Perform technological control of materials, soils, and concrete, ensuring compliance with technical standards\[2]\[6]
* Provide technical support to field staff and collaborate with engineers and site supervisors\[5]
* Prepare and legalize documentation with competent public authorities\[3]\[4]
* Train and guide labor force in accordance with technical and safety standards\[2]\[5]
Requirements:
* Completed technical course in Building Construction and active registration with CREA/CONFEA\[1]\[5]
* Proven experience in civil construction projects, preferably involving monitoring and inspection\[5]
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings\[5]
* Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control\[5]
* Familiarity with technical and safety standards applicable to civil construction\[1]\[3]
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite), and preferably proficiency in planning software (e.g., MS Project)\[5]
