Job Summary: Support kitchen operations by performing sanitation, food pre-preparation, organization, and direct assistance to chefs, ensuring quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for kitchen cleaning, hygiene, and organization **Responsibilities:** Support kitchen operations by performing sanitation, ingredient cutting and portioning, as well as food pre\-preparation and simple base preparations; ensure organized work surfaces, cold rooms, and inventory with proper product rotation; provide direct support to chefs during cooking, plating, sandwich assembly, delegation kits, and buffet service, ensuring food quality, freshness, temperature control, and appropriate storage; maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, including dishwashing and sterilization of tableware and utensils, organization of work areas, and proper waste disposal; assist in goods receipt and verification, minimum stock control, and equipment maintenance oversight, reporting replenishment or repair needs. **Requirements:** Proven experience in this role documented in CTPS; alignment with América FC’s culture, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to representing the club. **Schedule:** 6-day workweek with 1 day off \- 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM **Location:** CT Lanna Drumond. **Address:** R.
