At Aviva, we serve with passion for people, which is why we seek candidates who are continuously developing, open-minded, capable of overcoming obstacles, and willing to contribute fresh ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare and refine construction budgeting activities according to the EAP (Work Breakdown Structure) budgeting methodology, encompassing Indirect Costs, Direct Costs, and Installation Costs, including material and labor quantities and unit prices, BDI (Budgetary Differential Index), unit price composition, material and service quotations, public reference price spreadsheet, and budgeting assumptions. Conduct cost studies aligned with project maturity levels and budgeting concepts: Expedited Parametric Budget, Conceptual Budget, Basic Budget, and Executive Budget. Analyze architectural and complementary project documents. Perform quantity take-offs and gather necessary information for construction/rehabilitation budgeting. Prepare construction/rehabilitation budgets based on publicly referenced tables (Sinap) applicable to the federative unit where the civil construction project will be fully (or predominantly) executed, as well as Unit Compositions and Quotations. Conduct critical budget analysis using linear methods, ABC curves, or comparisons against other budgeting references; implement budget corrections and justifications per identified critiques or requests to finalize the budgeting process and support decision-making. Develop and structure dashboards and panels for construction budget presentation, incorporating images and charts for analysis, critique, and decision-making. Develop and update the “Construction Budget Library – GEPI” database for consultations and estimated projections of future projects based on the m² construction/installation cost. Prepare budgets and supporting content for fiduciary resource acquisition from financial institutions, including detailed budgets, unit compositions, quotations, calculation memoranda, physical schedules, event diagrams, among others. Respond to queries and clarify doubts raised by the financial institution’s engineering team regarding construction projects undergoing fiduciary resource acquisition. Develop Measurement Bulletins for Financed Projects in accordance with procedures approved by the financial institution, and provide them to Engineering and Control teams for measurement reporting and financial expenditure verification. Support and/or execute preparation of the financial expenditure verification report. Develop and/or support Implementation Engineering in preparing the budget spreadsheet for construction bidding processes. Assist Implementation Engineering in harmonizing the construction bidding process. Provide approved construction/rehabilitation budgets to the Control team for preparation of the Acquisition and Materials & Services Spreadsheet (PAMS). Prepare budgets and value projections for future ROAD MAP GEPI projects, as well as spreadsheets for next-year CAPEX approval by Financial Planning. Prepare budget compositions and analyze service addenda related to technical correspondence for construction projects. Participate in internal or external audits by providing documentation, responses, and clarifications to ensure control and transparency of ongoing construction projects. Support training and capacity-building for budget analysts in the Projects and Implementation areas of Rio Quente and Sauipe, covering relevant activities, methodologies, and budgeting procedures. Prepare and deliver presentations related to project and construction budgeting work. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite MS Project AutoCAD\-Revit Specialized budgeting software Experience in construction budgeting. Experience in process management. **Nice-to-have (but not mandatory) knowledge/skills:** Experience in Internal Control. Skills in structuring budget databases. Ability to prepare strategic presentations.
