Description
* Coordinate all activities required for the mobilization and demobilization phases of the PROJECT, including establishment and decommissioning of the construction site, as well as mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment;
* Understand procedures and ensure compliance with requirements imposed by public agencies and federal, state, and municipal legislation;
* Coordinate activities related to Procurement of incorporated goods, materials used in services, equipment leasing, contracting of specialized service providers, and execution of general PROJECT services, such as mobilization and demobilization of labor, worker accommodation, meals, and transportation of labor and equipment;
* Guide and supervise Warehouse, Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics activities for incorporated materials on the PROJECT;
* Analyze indirect project costs by area;
* Coordinate all information related to labor and associated matters, through monitoring of absenteeism, turnover, and overtime hours, in accordance with applicable legislation;
* Implement, coordinate, and monitor all mandatory processes listed in the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
* Coordinate system entries for all PROJECT obligations related to invoices for payment, employee payroll, service provider progress measurements, taxes, fees, and mandatory levies, debit notes, etc.
