Senior Export Clearance Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for reviewing and validating export documents, registering export declarations, and managing shipment processes. Key Highlights: 1. Export deadline management and risk identification 2. Interaction with customers, terminals, and freight carriers 3. Monitoring of maritime, air, and road export processes Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30, and Fridays from 07:30 to 16:30 \- 100% on-site. Review and validate export documents (DU-E, RUC, Invoice, BL, etc.); * Register Export Declarations on the Single Portal/Siscomex; * Analyze legal and operational requirements for document issuance; * Interact with customers, terminals, freight carriers, and customs brokers to ensure process smoothness; * Manage shipment and clearance deadlines, identify risks, and propose solutions; * Monitor requirements from approving agencies (MAPA, ANVISA, Army, Federal Revenue, etc.); * Track pending items and monitor process closure; * Ensure registration and documentation updates comply with legal requirements; * Monitor maritime, air, and road export processes; * Draft preparation (draft bill of lading) in coordination with shipping companies; * Issue DUE – Unique Export Declaration; * Monitor deadlines; * Prepare original documents for dispatch to destination; * Knowledge of atypical processes.
