Job Summary: Account Executive to manage the client portfolio, prospect new clients, identify market opportunities, and maintain commercial relationships in the hospitality sector. Key Highlights: 1. Our hotel, Royal Palm Plaza, has an open opportunity for an Account Executive role—see the details below: **Job Responsibilities** * Manage the client portfolio under your responsibility, especially travel agencies, acquiring events and accommodations to meet targets and maximize business volume. * Prospect clients/partners through visits and market research (internet, trade fairs, conferences, events, and other channels), presenting the hotel and its products while identifying new business opportunities to expand the portfolio. * Identify market opportunities within your operational area by monitoring competitors’ and prospects’ activities and tracking business trends, customer practices, and dynamics of clients under your responsibility. * Maintain and service the current account portfolio under your responsibility. * Build and expand relationship networks targeting the intended audience, while maintaining high-level commercial relationships with clients. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. * 2 years of experience in commercial roles—hospitality, events, and/or tourism. * Knowledge of market trends and competitor practices. * Experience in hospitality is desirable. **What We Offer?** Commission; PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); Medical and dental plans; TotalPass; Life insurance; Car insurance; Meal allowance; On-site meals or meal voucher; Study partnerships—undergraduate, postgraduate, and language courses; Salary: R$5.000,00 \- R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
