With an emphasis on innovation and excellence, we seek talent to strengthen our digital sales team. **Responsibilities** * Develop **creatives for campaigns, advertisements, social media, websites, and internal materials**; * Create **product visual identities**, landing pages, presentations, and institutional materials; * Design **modern layouts aligned with brand positioning**; * Participate in concept development, narrative creation, and **copywriting for creatives**; * Adapt materials for various formats (Reels, Stories, Feed, banners, email marketing, print, etc.); * Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, scripts, and concepts; * Ensure **visual consistency** and adherence to brand guidelines. **Requirements** * Degree in **Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications**, or related fields; * Proficiency in the **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)**; * Knowledge of **After Effects** is considered a plus; * Basic **copywriting skills** for advertising material composition; * Keen eye for **aesthetics, user experience, and performance**. **Behavioral Requirements:** Clear and collaborative communication, results-oriented creativity, organization, effective time management, productivity, and initiative. **Salary and Benefits** **Salary Range:** R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 3.000,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Medical plan; * Health insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday (schedules to be defined according to shift rotation, within 8:30 AM–7:30 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on Saturdays) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
