Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Lagarto, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Direct internal team activities according to respective roles’ responsibilities and duties; * Monitor and ensure the quality of readings performed by field teams; * Monitor and ensure the quality of internal and external registration services; * Manage material inventory to guarantee activity execution; * Supervise and monitor complaints received from official agencies, responding per company-defined policies; * Schedule, assign, process, and ensure SLA compliance for billing/registration service orders; * Execute internal service orders related to billing/registration; * Monitor and suggest improvements to reading routes and reading groups; * Attend to, advise, and negotiate with customers and collection agents; * Ensure accurate billing of services; * Analyze and provide solutions for retained invoices; * Analyze, diagnose, and control general billing data; * Monitor and test administrative changes in the computerized system for commercial and operational data control; * Conduct training and refresher courses for field and internal teams; * Perform critical system analyses to ensure correct customer billing; * Prepare reports and presentations of results; * Drive company vehicles when required for external services, ensuring safety and compliance with traffic regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Driver’s license category B; * Experience in billing, collections, and receivables management; * Analytical and dynamic profile At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture at all times.
