Ensuring safety standards and incident management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be determined **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform the company's operational activities in functions I, II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII as stipulated in ANAC IS 107\-001. Conduct calibration tests and record results in test spreadsheets. Manage the team, ensuring appropriate staff distribution and rotation across all functions. Monitor APAC working hours. Ensure strict adherence to safety inspection regulations and procedures. Manage incidents from initial response until arrival of public security agencies. Complete daily reports (electronic or manual). Brief APAC personnel before each shift on any information relevant to conducting inspection procedures. Request equipment maintenance when defects are identified. Supply workstations with daily-use materials and forms. Monitor proper use of inspection equipment. Monitor APAC appearance (uniform and conduct). Provide feedback, align operational goals with subordinates, and ensure positive relationships with colleagues and customers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Civil Aviation Safety Inspection course.
