Contributing to equipment and process improvements **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Mechanical Maintenance Technician** to perform mechanical installations and repairs in production and administrative areas. The professional will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the proper operation of facilities, compressed air and water networks, and company structures, and may perform tasks at height when required. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Contribute to effective shift handover by sharing information on incidents, pending items, and the status of the production process; * Ensure the operation of mechanical facilities and utilities by identifying and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; * Support production goals through visual inspections of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, assessing risks and implementing preventive actions; * Support layout changes as scheduled, performing machine and infrastructure assembly/disassembly, pipeline identification, and equipment testing; * Ensure replacement of defective parts by requesting materials and tracking receipt of required parts; * Maintain the work area clean and organized, taking care of machines, tools, and work materials; * Support the integration and development of new team members by sharing technical and operational knowledge; * Contribute to equipment and process improvements by participating in cross-functional team meetings. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
