Requirements: * Experience in building maintenance; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, masonry, and minor repair work; * Basic understanding of painting, carpentry, and preventive maintenance; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Elementary or high school education. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services in condominiums; * Carry out repairs on electrical and hydraulic installations; * Perform minor masonry, painting, and finishing tasks; * Supervise service providers when necessary; * Identify and resolve maintenance issues.
