Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform construction, renovation, and repair work, including wall erection, structural assembly, application of finishes and plastering on constructed structures; * Restore general structures, including walls, floors, and roofs; * Carry out plumbing services, such as installation and repair of piping, water tanks, and sewage systems, whenever necessary; * Build and renovate fences when requested; * Perform tree cutting or outdoor tasks using appropriate materials and adhering to safety regulations (when required and authorized); * Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute tasks accurately; * Assist qualified professionals with general facility maintenance; * Monitor and assess the need for corrective maintenance on floors, walls, doors, and other facility structures; * Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, properly using provided PPE; 10\. Perform other duties inherent to the position, as required by operational needs.
