




Job Summary: Responsible for electrical and building maintenance, including masonry repairs, flooring repairs, hydraulic systems, and electrical installations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance 2. Carry out electrical installations and building repairs 3. Work on civil and hydraulic maintenance Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical installations. Install new electrical systems; re-energize primary switchgear. Activation/Deactivation of power outlets; lamp and ballast replacement; electrical circuit inspection; tripped circuit breaker; lack of power at outlets; surge protector installation; power outage; lighting programming; others – electrical; perform building maintenance; opening, monitoring, and closing of service orders. Painting and paint repair; masonry repairs; floor repairs; door maintenance; ceiling tile replacement; ceiling detachment; civil works; unclogging of general hydraulic networks; faulty or triggered valve; replacement of flush tank kit and flush valve; **MANDATORY COURSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:** * Electrical Course * In-person and valid NR 10 certification * In-person and valid NR 35 certification **Requirements:** * Proven experience in electrical work.
