Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on civil, electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations, including various repairs and equipment handling. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary maintenance (civil, electrical, hydraulic, sanitary) 2. Repair work in masonry, painting, and carpentry 3. Equipment troubleshooting and material handling Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on civil, electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. Carry out repairs involving masonry, painting, carpentry, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. Resolve potential equipment failures; relocate materials, furniture, machines, and equipment in accordance with safety procedures. Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position.
