Job Summary:
Professional responsible for performing minor maintenance repairs in painting, masonry, carpentry, locksmithing, and equipment relocation, as well as daily inspections.
Key Highlights:
1. Responding to emergency service calls at stores

3. Experience in building and/or industrial maintenance
Respond to and execute requests for minor maintenance repairs involving painting, masonry, carpentry, locksmithing, equipment and furniture relocation;
Conduct daily inspections, perform water system readings, and respond to emergency service calls at stores.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of locksmithing, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and plastering;
* 3 years of experience;
* Building and/or industrial maintenance, ability to read and interpret diagrams;
* NR-35 and NR-33 certifications preferred.
