Responsibilities and Duties: Among your activities are: * Supervision of maintenance and service work: building-related and industrial; * Conducting and monitoring checklists; * Obtaining quotations for services and materials; * Purchasing materials; * Monitoring/inspecting service execution; * Documentation control; * Scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Solid knowledge of electrical systems; * Prior experience in electrical maintenance is desirable; * Relevant work experience; * Responsibility; * Proactivity; * Organization.
