This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance services Lead and guide the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor results Manage maintenance schedules, deadlines, and priorities Monitor and inspect electrical, hydraulic, and civil construction work Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures Maintain and ensure full operational functionality of company areas and facilities Required Professional Experience Proven experience in building, electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance Experience in leading or coordinating maintenance teams Experience overseeing work performed by internal or third-party teams **Mandatory Requirements** Completed High School Education Knowledge of maintenance activity planning and control Knowledge of occupational safety standards Availability to work Monday through Saturday Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
