Job Summary: Work in the Maintenance area, performing lubrication, repairs, adjustments, and improvements on machines and processes, with a focus on corrective and preventive maintenance, setups, and basic operations on machine tools. Participate in the execution of machine improvement and renovation projects **Description:** Work in the Maintenance area, lubricating, repairing, adjusting, and implementing improvements to machines and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, issuing the Work Order (WO) when parts or components are missing, always using the specific checklist for each machine / equipment / installation. Perform machine setups. Perform necessary adjustments on machines (humidity, solution, hole, plug, stake, corrugation, mandrel, and packaging machines). Perform basic operations on machine tools (lathe, milling machine, and drill press). Inspect and review mandrels whenever necessary. Assist in identifying failures and work on executing necessary repairs. Read and interpret technical drawings. Participate in the execution of machine improvement and renovation projects. Report recurring and/or critical issues to the immediate supervisor. Attend to all open Work Orders, covering all company demands. Maintain the department clean and organized (5S), taking care of personal tools. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering. Experience in manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Metrology, Technical Drawing, and machine tools is desirable.
