Job Summary: Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities, supporting various areas and ensuring workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Performs electrical, hydraulic, civil, and building maintenance 2. Carries out minor repairs and supports equipment installation 3. Focuses on organization, proactivity, and responsibility Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in electrical, hydraulic, civil, and building maintenance; * Perform minor repairs (light bulb replacement, faucet replacement, lock replacement, painting, etc.); * Support equipment installation and maintenance; * Accompany service providers when necessary; * Organize tools and maintain a clean and safe workplace; **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and building maintenance; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Proactivity, responsibility, and organization. * Valid driver's license (categories A/B) **Salary:** R$ 1\.675,55 **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$28.80 per workday) \+ Basic food basket (R$ 110.52 monthly) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location:** Amontada / CE Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$1\.675,55 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance Experience: * Maintenance management (preferred) Workplace: On-site
