We are seeking a professional to work as a Mechanical Engineering Analyst, contributing to the development, planning, execution, and monitoring of industrial and engineering projects—from concept through implementation and continuous improvement—ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, technical quality, and multidisciplinary integration in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
**Position:** Senior Mechanical Engineering Analyst
**Compensation:** BRL 11,000.00 per month + BRL 2,100.00 per month in Flexible Benefits

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in industrial project management and planning;
* Knowledge of assembly and commissioning of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems;
* Experience in automation, robotics, and mechanized systems;
* Proficiency in mechanical calculations, AUTOCAD, and 3D modeling;
* Experience in analyzing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits;
* Experience in developing industrial layouts and basic engineering;
* Knowledge of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), technical inspections, and equipment specification;
* Ability to manage teams, suppliers, and cost control.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) software;
Experience with agile methodologies and project management;
Experience in integrating automated systems;
Knowledge of industrial ERP systems and continuous improvement processes;
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and monitor industrial mechanical projects;
* Design industrial layouts and conduct engineering studies;
* Oversee field assembly, installation, and commissioning;
* Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic analyses;
* Develop activity schedules and multidisciplinary coordination plans;
* Define and specify industrial equipment;
* Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and technical inspections;
* Develop hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams;
* Analyze operational cycles, kinematics, and design interferences;
* Support automation processes and integration of mechanized systems;
* Manage project costs, resources, and planning;
* Collaborate with suppliers, technical teams, and internal clients to ensure efficient project execution;
* Attend technical meetings and project review ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.
