Job Summary: Professional responsible for comprehensive building maintenance, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and masonry repairs, ensuring the preservation and safety of the facility. Key Highlights: 1. Perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and masonry maintenance 2. Maintain facades, glass surfaces, and furniture 3. Comply with safety and hygiene regulations * \- Execution and Repairs \- Carry out maintenance services for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, masonry, carpentry, and painting systems. \- Perform repairs, replacements, adjustments, and installations of building components and equipment. \- Preservation and Structure \- Maintain facades, glass surfaces, furniture, and other structural elements of the institution. \- Ensure pool cleaning and treatment, where applicable, and maintain technical areas in suitable operating condition. \- Prevention and Safety \- Identify repair and improvement needs and report them to the responsible team. \- Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. \- Teamwork \- Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and emergency requirements.
