Job Summary: A professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across various facilities, supervision of third-party services, and organization of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Performs various maintenance tasks on hydraulic, electrical, and civil installations 2. Controls and organizes tools and spare materials 3. Ensures workplace safety and assists with general repairs **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, sanitary, electrical, and civil installations; * Identify operational failures and propose technical solutions to ensure feasibility of implementation; * Supervise third-party services, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality requirements; * Control and organize tools, materials, and spare parts; * Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and checklists (preferably with experience using the Effort system); * Ensure safety during operations by complying with occupational health and safety regulations; * Assist with repairs related to painting, masonry, and furniture. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * NR35 certification * Experience in painting, civil construction, and electrical work. **Additional Information:** **Location:** AME Barradas \- Av.
