Job Summary: A professional to operate mixing, cutting, pressing, and vulcanizing machines, ensuring material and equipment quality and preservation while adhering to procedures and targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate open/closed mixers and hydraulic vulcanizing presses. 2. Ensure production quality and maintenance of molds and dies. 3. Follow procedures, consult technical data sheets, and issue quality records. Operate open/closed mixers; Perform measurements using calipers; Consult process technical data sheets; Follow procedures and avoid process deviations; Produce with quality; Meet established targets; Issue quality records; Maintain facilities, machines, and equipment; Operate cutting knives and scales; Prepare batch compounds; Organize and handle stock of rubber compounds; Operate hydraulic vulcanizing presses; Operate polishing machines (when required); Clean parts (remove flash); Ensure produced quantity; Reduce scrap rate; Maintain molds; Ensure organization and maintenance of die storage boxes. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education) Transportation allowance (BRL 12.00 per day) and Meal allowance (BRL 30.00 per working day)
