Company Description **Accor – French multinational hospitality company** Job Description Plan and coordinate departmental activities by defining work guidelines and routines, including corrective and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and telecommunication systems. * Ensure implementation of the maintenance plan. * Develop suppliers for the department. Specify materials and equipment to be purchased, as well as conduct quotations when necessary. * Jointly develop the investment plan with the supervisor and participate in drafting the annual budget, as well as monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures. * Monitor and analyze daily energy, water, and gas consumption, investigating causes of potential consumption increases. Take appropriate actions and update the system. * Ensure compliance with legislation (labor, health surveillance, tax, etc.) by third-party companies through specific documentation. Guarantee service quality. * Conduct annual reviews of maintenance contracts, identifying improvement opportunities and new service offerings at lower costs while meeting the company’s required quality standards. * Be responsible for occupational safety and for ensuring proper operation and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment. Assist in fire prevention training in coordination with management. Define emergency procedures for fire incidents (evacuation plan). * Ensure implementation of the department’s “Self-Control” procedures. * Conduct periodic inventories of tools and materials. * Ensure achievement of targets established in the management contract. * Manage departmental KPIs: GAIA, PMP, and water, electricity, and gas consumption. * Coordinate the team under their responsibility—selecting, developing, evaluating performance, and enhancing employee engagement levels. * Follow CSR department guidelines regarding selective waste collection and consumption of water, energy, and cleaning products to meet environmental objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
