A professional responsible for setting up and adjusting injection molding machines to ensure production quality and sector organization, operating overhead cranes.

Injection Molding Machine Setup Technician \- Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring
Salary: To be discussed

Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM, with alternate Saturdays
Requirements: High school diploma is mandatory; NR11 Overhead Crane training is required (an advantage if also trained as an Injection Molding Machine Setup Technician or holds a Plastics Technician qualification).
Experience: Prior experience in injection molding machine setup and robot operation is required; familiarity with Romi robots, Krauss Maffei machines, hot runners, cold runners, injection processes, and plastic materials is essential.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive inspection of the injection molding machine (nozzle, leaks, and other critical points).
* Adjust the machine to ensure parts meet quality standards.
* Meet established production targets.
* Complete machine checklists, technical data sheets, adjustment parameter records, and setup documentation.
* Perform full setup of the injection molding machine and verify electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic installations.
* Prepare the workstation according to standardized layout requirements.
* Ensure adjustments comply with customer specifications.
* Notify quality inspector for product release.
* Report any issues or deviations from standards to the supervisor.
* Brief the next shift on current production status and review pending items from the previous shift.
* Operate overhead crane.
* Maintain sector organization and cleanliness.
* Ensure sufficient material availability for operations.
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
