Supervises outsourced services and suggests improvements Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; conduct periodic inspections of building facilities and equipment. Carry out minor repairs (e.g., lamp replacement, door repair, faucets, valves, floors, and walls). Control the use and replenishment of materials. Record completed services. Adhere to maintenance schedules. Ensure preservation. Supervise outsourced services, suggest improvements, follow technical and safety standards, and verify the operation of electrical and hydraulic systems.
