Description
**The Seres Group, in partnership with a national company in the sanitation sector, is seeking a professional to work as a Service Supervisor.**
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise the scheduling of installation and maintenance services for water and sewage connections, maintenance, extensions, relocations, etc., analyzing labor and tooling resources and establishing optimal routes for field teams, aiming to execute scheduled activities and prevent incidents, unproductive time, and improper use of resources;
* Ensure team and resource availability, maintaining active production lines while monitoring staffing levels and occupancy rates;
* Monitor services performed by the Concessionaire and generate monthly reports to identify potential failures, errors, and needs for resizing maintenance teams;
* Monitor the scheduling of maintenance services—mechanical, electrical, electronic, and civil—for machinery and equipment, ensuring their proper operation and extended service life;
* Read and interpret sketches or blueprints to support service execution;
* Directly support schedulers by providing information regarding service orders and acting as an intermediary between service scheduling and other departments.
* Supervise the analysis of service requests and returned services together with inspections, reviewing observations and comments and comparing planned versus actual performance, aiming to reschedule service orders related to pending or partially completed activities;
* Supervise the control and status of service orders in the operational system, analyzing pending reports, service orders, and others, as well as generating analytical reports on operational activities, such as water outage reports, Follow-Up, and service order tracking;
* Supervise and monitor services provided by third parties, verifying compliance with scheduled and planned timelines to prepare payment measurement reports;
* Monthly control of the usage of machinery and trucks contracted from service providers for the Water and Sewage Maintenance Departments, preparing payment measurement reports accordingly;
* Supervise the allocation of service orders in the maintenance system, ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
* Present periodic data analysis for the Maintenance Department through goal and results tracking derived from the management system, including justification and proposal of action plans;
* Monitor and ensure implementation of new projects and systems developed by the Group;
* Conduct monthly meetings to communicate performance, productivity, and resource utilization results achieved by maintenance teams, measuring service execution efficiency;
* Monitor, review, and approve, via the corporate system, material requisitions used by maintenance teams, aiming to control outgoing inventory.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration;
* Prior experience in civil construction, sanitation, and/or hydraulics;
* Driver’s License: Class B – Permanent
