Job Summary: Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of external areas, internal roads, gardens, and existing structures, performing both preventive and corrective tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 2. Maintenance of external areas, roads, and gardens. 3. Supervision of machinery, equipment, and property resources. Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of external areas, internal roads, gardens, and existing structures. Performs tasks in a preventive and corrective manner to ensure organization, functionality, and good condition of facilities. Must reside on the farm (on-site housing provided). **Main Responsibilities** * Mow designated areas to prevent excessive weed growth. * Maintain internal roads open and in good driving condition. \-Care for and maintain the garden of the main house. \-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing structures. * Carry out minor masonry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. * Supervise machinery, equipment, and resources provided by the property. **Requirements** * Experience operating brush cutters and hedge trimmers, with proper usage to preserve equipment. * Ability to drive and operate tractors. * Basic knowledge of maintenance (masonry, plumbing, and electrical work). * Prior experience on rural properties or small farms. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Personal vehicle required Willingness to relocate Meal allowance of R$ 600.00
