Job Summary: Facility Maintenance Technician (Mobile) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems. Key Highlights: 1. Responds to emergency requests and complies with safety regulations We have an opportunity for a Facility Maintenance Technician (Mobile) in São Paulo. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 – 1 hour and 12 minutes break Salary: R$ 2.664,75 + 30% hazard pay Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) (R$ 37.30) + TotalPass Employment Type: CLT Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems; carry out minor repairs on lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, electrical panels, faucets, valves, traps, flush mechanisms, locks, doors, and masonry; support technical inspections, functional testing, and maintenance recordkeeping in the system; respond to emergency requests; ensure the preservation of facilities and equipment; and assist in managing work orders, complying with safety and quality standards.
