Focus on safety, quality, and environmental preservation Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Literate Desirable: Construction site experience Desired Knowledge and Skills: Professional commitment, teamwork, ethics and responsibility, project interpretation, knowledge of construction systems, basic planning and logistics understanding, attention to work quality and safety as well as environmental preservation, people management, trustworthiness with technical departments. Strong knowledge of masonry, reinforcement, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, finishing works, and site layout. What awaits you daily: * Assist in managing the construction schedule; * Read and interpret masonry, formwork, and reinforcement drawings; * Coordinate in-house and/or subcontracted labor teams; * Delegate, monitor, and receive services performed by in-house and/or subcontracted labor teams; * Analyze the entire project construction together with the Site Supervisor; * Guide proper setup of the construction site to improve workplace organization; * Collaborate with technical staff to assess required materials and submit requisitions to the warehouse; * Instruct department staff on correct task execution and supervise their implementation; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards; * Ensure that teams under your supervision properly use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Prevent material waste; * Keep superiors informed about project progress; * Perform site layout tasks. 2512180202551610589
