Job Summary: Professional responsible for coordinating and monitoring civil construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design plans, material control, and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate teams and construction works according to schedule and legal procedures 2. Monitor surveys, technological control, and fieldwork 3. Manage quality and deadlines for construction activities **Minimum Requirements:** Technical course in Building Construction is a plus. Experience in civil engineering and installation projects. Own vehicle required for travel between our construction sites. Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is preferred). **Skills and Competencies:** Ability to execute construction works in compliance with legal procedures and design plans. Ability to coordinate teams to ensure construction proceeds according to schedule. Ability to receive materials and verify that deliveries match purchase orders. Ability to monitor topographic and planialtimetric surveys. Ability to oversee technological control of materials and soil to ensure high-quality construction. Ability to read and understand submitted design plans. Skills to monitor fieldwork, measurements, inspections, etc. Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic installations. **Responsibilities:** Correctly complete forms, spreadsheets, and other documents. Handle correspondence and document processing. Receive suppliers, service providers, and clients. Maintain the construction site clean and organized. Monitor and issue construction reports (daily, weekly, etc.). Monitor and ensure quality and deadlines for construction activities. Own vehicle desirable for travel between construction sites in the Campinas region. Availability to work during non-standard hours and weekends.
