Building maintenance across various areas **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform general maintenance and minor repair services; * Assist with cleaning, preservation, and organization, as well as provide technical and operational support for routine tasks in these environments; * Carry out general building maintenance activities; * Conduct tests to identify and locate faults in installations; * Prepare infrastructure for machines and equipment; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, mechanical, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmithing, masonry, and refrigeration systems; * Perform mechanical work on various types of machines and equipment; * Disassemble, repair, and adjust various types of tools according to instructions, drawings, or sketches; * Perform general electrical work; * Maintain machines, tools, and equipment in good condition; * Fabricate, assemble, and maintain wooden furniture and installations; * Operate industrial machinery and specialized tools; * Follow project technical standards; * Assist with cleaning, preservation, and organization; * Provide technical and operational support. - Professional experience in this role or similar positions is required.
