Job Summary:
The Store Operator manages the sales floor, restocks products, controls inventory, and serves customers, ensuring store satisfaction and organization.

**What We Expect From You:**
* Completed high school education.
* Prior experience as a stock replenisher and/or cashier, and with the Linx system.
* Strong prioritization skills.
* Knowledge of supply and inventory management.
* Customer service experience.
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
* Customer satisfaction orientation.
**A Day in the Life of a Store Operator:**
* Manages the sales floor, including product restocking and pricing across all store locations.
* Manages inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC, timely adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, labeling, and internal stock transfers.
* Addresses visual stockouts on the sales floor.
* Manages overhead inventory, ensuring proper organization and restocking while maintaining personnel safety.
* When approached by a customer, applies the SBOA protocol (Smile, Good Morning, Thank You, Goodbye), guiding the customer optimally.
* Delivers exceptional cashier service during high-customer-traffic periods, and knows and follows front-end cashier procedures.
