Main Responsibilities: • Supervise the restaurant/cafeteria’s daily operations • Lead and guide the operational team • Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and occupational safety • Control food production, meal distribution, and kitchen organization • Monitor operational indicators and productivity • Ensure customer service and satisfaction Requirements: • Prior experience in managing industrial or corporate restaurants • Knowledge of food safety and good handling practices • Experience in team leadership • Organization, proactivity, and results orientation Work Location: Barcarena – PA \- Shift Schedule: 4x4 Preferred Qualification: Experience in high-volume operations and corporate contracts.
