Manage the operational equipment of laboratories, ensuring control, availability, organization, and proper functioning of resources used in company projects and laboratories. This position directly supports sector leadership in handling technical and administrative demands, contributing to operational continuity, on-time delivery, equipment reliability, and support for field and laboratory teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotation, negotiation, and procurement processes for laboratory equipment, spare parts, accessories, and general-use materials, seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratio, delivery timelines, and quality of service; * Organize logistics for equipment movement among the central laboratory, project sites, and suppliers, including transportation coordination, verification, packaging, loading, and item traceability; * Control equipment in the quality management system, performing registration, transfers, preventive and corrective maintenance tracking, document organization, and entry of relevant information; * Receive, verify, and inspect new equipment or equipment returned from project sites, checking physical integrity, operational conditions, documentation, checklists, and proper storage location organization; * Provide support to project sites and laboratories regarding equipment availability, identification, traceability, and correct usage; * Monitor and control equipment calibration and verification processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements; * Organize equipment asset and operational identification, including labeling, coding, and inventory updates; * Support sector leadership in resolving operational issues, prioritizing demands, and guiding the team on equipment-related routines; * Interface with finance and procurement departments to ensure proper flow of invoices, bank slips, payments, and documentation; * Maintain departmental organization, cleanliness, and standardization, contributing to equipment preservation and continuous process improvement; * Conduct site visits for inventory checks, calibration follow-up, operational support, and verification of equipment usage and storage conditions; * Assist in implementing improvements to controls, processes, and routines within the equipment department, contributing to higher operational efficiency and reduced losses. **Technical Requirements:** * High school diploma preferred; currently pursuing a degree in Administration or related fields; * Technical or higher education (even if ongoing), as well as complementary courses in logistics, inventory control, warehouse management, procurement, asset management, maintenance, or equipment management, will be considered advantageous; * Familiarity with management systems, Excel, and operational control tools. **Other Requirements:** * Availability for travel and site visits; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Availability to respond to equipment-related emergency demands; * Commitment to Integrity obligations, including required training, and adherence to Neovia’s Code of Ethics and all other applicable policies.
