Job Objective Support the store's commercial activities by assisting with customer service, organizing the store environment, and supporting the sales team, thereby contributing to an excellent shopping experience and helping the company achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities * Assist with in-person and digital customer service; * Support the sales team in product demonstrations; * Organize store windows, shelves, and products; * Conduct merchandise verification, restocking, and organization; * Assist in order picking and delivery of products to customers; * Contribute to workplace cleanliness and organization; * Support promotional activities and store campaigns. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service or sales is a plus; * Basic computer and Excel knowledge; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization, proactivity, and agility; * Availability for on-site work.
