Job Summary: The Logistics Operations Assistant supports material handling, separation, verification, and shipping activities, contributing to the organization and proper storage of goods, in compliance with internal standards and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in logistics processes. Ensures safety and order during loading and unloading of goods. **Position Summary** --------------------- The Logistics Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting material handling, separation, verification, and shipping activities, contributing to the organization and proper storage of goods. This role directly engages in operational routines, adhering to internal standards and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in logistics processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Comply with company policies, standards, and procedures, as well as implemented management systems; * Maintain organization, storage, and preservation of materials, equipment, and the work environment; * Assist in item separation, shipping, and cargo preparation processes; * Support material loading and unloading, verifying integrity and proper placement; * Handle materials using various transportation means, such as trucks, railcars, or other logistics infrastructure; * Repair damaged packaging when necessary, ensuring appropriate shipping conditions; * Operate loading and unloading equipment, when authorized and trained; * Guide loading and unloading processes for goods, ensuring safety and order; * Monitor storage in designated bays and organize surplus materials; * Recover pallets and assist in internal employee transportation during operations; * Maintain organized documentation and perform other related duties. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Completed elementary education; * Minimum of **3 months** of experience in similar roles (logistics, separation, or shipping); * Basic knowledge of parts separation, standardization, and packaging; **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Knowledge of warehouse organization; * Experience or familiarity with **data collector** operation. **Additional Requirements** ------------------------- * **Driver's license category B**. **Additional Information** -------------------------- * **Salary:** R$ 1\.821,76 * **Work schedule:** Rotating **5x2** shift, from **08:00 to 17:48** * Other benefits according to company policy.
