Attention to hygiene, organization, and safety **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre-preparation (cleaning, cutting, portioning, and organizing); * Support simple meal preparation according to instructions from the chef or nutritionist; * Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas; * Assist in organizing inventory, cold rooms, and pantries; * Support receiving and checking supplies; * Correctly follow food handling good practices procedures; * Use PPE and comply with safety and hygiene regulations; * Support meal distribution when necessary; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience in industrial kitchen or restaurant; * Willingness to learn and follow instructions; * Proactive, collaborative, and committed profile; * Ability to work well in a team; * Attention to hygiene, organization, and safety. **Preferred Qualification:** * Basic knowledge of food handling good practices.
