Job Summary: Responsible for verifying goods, fiscal documents, inventories, and workplace organization, supporting leadership in operational routines. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of quality and safety standards **\- Responsibilities** Perform goods verification upon receipt and dispatch, checking quantities, codes, batches, expiration dates, and physical integrity of items. Verify fiscal documents, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other movement records. Record discrepancies and report incidents to responsible departments (procurement, logistics providers, suppliers). Monitor loading and unloading processes, ensuring compliance with established standards. Conduct cyclic counts and support comprehensive inventories, identifying stock inconsistencies. Ensure correct product identification and labeling. Maintain an organized workplace, adhering to 5S and safety standards. Use handheld scanners, WMS systems, or spreadsheets to record movements (where applicable).
