Application of hygiene and food safety standards **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed elementary education; Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM on a 6-days-on/1-day-off rotating schedule; Position located at the Valinhos store. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop bakery products for sale at the store; create and reproduce recipes according to established standards; apply hygiene and food safety regulations; ensure flavor and quality; deliver high-quality products to achieve customer satisfaction and increase departmental sales. **COMPETENCIES:** Customer service; Bakery production process; Hygiene and food safety; Knowledge of the food handling good practices manual. **Minimum Education Level:** Elementary education (1st level)
